    Directions
Rosie was stamped and masked. Tree line with water reflection was then stamped. All in permanent black ink.

Clouds added and same stamp used for water reflection of clouds.Mask removed. Magic markers used for coloring.

Image frame then mounted on black cardstock with a corner punch. Finally layered on a coral card stock.

Directions
On white paper I stamped 3 times with postage stamp c59-142 by Stamap Rosa Inc.

I made a template a little smaller than the outside of the stamp, and then stamped images inside the template with the Hummingbird Cafe Tapestry stamps and mini leaf stamps by tapestry. I did not reink the stamp each time I stamped to give it a faded shade image as well.

I used Color Box Chalk ink Burnt Sienna and brown.

I mounted the stamped image on card stock, then patterned paper, which I wet the edges and scrapped with my fingernail to rough it up a little bit, then mounted on marroon cardstock, then on matching orange cardstock. ( cardstock was in my scraps pile, not sure what brand)

Lastly I added a little touch of glitter glue to each stamp image.

this card was done on off white cardstock , then adhered to a purpled colored card.

the stamps were inked with different colors, mostly favorite colors of mine. there are boxes of color which I made with a square template that I cut out. I then just dry brushed the edges of the box template with purple ink. I then stamped the flower and the leaves inside the box. in between the boxes I stamped vines and little flowers and maple leaves. I then cut out 3 squares and did the same images in those and pasted them to the card. the fourth square has a word stamp that I also purchased from Rubber Stamp Tapestry.

"Anniversary Book"
Stamp Artist - Christy Weise

 Supplies:

  • Rubber Stamp Tapestry - flowers from unmounted plate
Art Impressions - wine bottle, wine glass, bamboo
Stamp Camp - Knowledge (word) and other words
    Serendipity Stamps - ANNIVERSARY letters
    Supplies:
  • White Card stock
  • beige paper
  • Twinkling water colors
  • Lumier Paints
  • homemade paper or other paper for cover
  • translucent shrink
  • Black ink (brillance or stayz on)
  • Brown dye ink
  • ribbon
  • Dictionary definitions of Anniversary, Always, Nest, Need, Intimacy, Vow, Embrace, Ring, Significant, Aver, Rapture and Yearly
  • (I used an old dictionary purchased to cut up)

Directions

Stamp each letter of Anniversary in brown dye ink on beige paper and paint the letters using the twinkling water colors. Cut out each letter.
Cut out the definitions of Anniversary and each word for each letter (above)

  • Make the book:
Cut 6 panels 4" high and 8.5" long from white cardstock. Fold a .5" tab on the right hand side. Folding back the tab, then fold the panel in half to result in a 4" x 4" square with a .5" tab on the right. Glue the tab to the backside of an adjacent panel with each panel mountain fold. Link all 6 panels together.
  • Paint each page of the book using lumiers. Once the paint is dry, stamp your flower and word images throughout the inside of the book. When the images are dry, adhere a letter to each page, starting with the page on the left side at the beginning of the book. Then adhere the definition of Anniversary on the first page, and the definition of each corresponding letter to each page (i.e., on the first letter page "A" adhere the definition for always, etc.)
  • To finish the front and back, cut a ribbon long enough to wrap around the book plus enough to tie in a bow. Glue the ribbon through the middle of the back (under our finish paper). Adhere the homemade paper (or whatever you choose to use) on top of the ribbon on the back cover and on the front. Glue the ribbon on the front through the middle, leaving some give on the back hinge so the book can open to a star.
  • On translucent shrinky stuff, stamp the Art Impressions wine bottle and glasses in black ink. Once the black ink is dry, color the wine using red marker. Cut to size and heat shrink. Tie with red wire and then glue to the front.
