"Peacock Postage"
Stamp Artist - Eli Persson

Directions:

  1. Stamp "Peacock Feather lg" in Maroon ink on a creme panel. Overstamp "Postage scrap" with Espresso dye ink. Stipple the panel with Pearl Ex Sepia ink. Use a sponge and apply the following colors: Mango, Bottle Green, Maroon and Dark Moss. Finish by stippling Yellow Gold ink onto the panel.
  2. Edge the panel with Dark Brown ink, clearemboss. Mount to a dark brown panel, edge with Dark Brown ink and clearemboss.Color four bobby pins with Espresso alcohol ink. Mount to the panel as shown on the card.
  3. Create a card from dark brown cardstock. Cut a piece of pattern paper to the correct size. Edge with Dark Brown ink and clearemboss. Mount to card.
  4. Mount the prepared panel to the card with foam tape. Embellish with gold brads.

  • Peeled Paint, Walnut Distress Inks (Ranger Crafts)
  • Green Scrapbook Paper (Making Memories)
  • Black, Tan Card Stock, Clear Vellum (The Paper Company)
  • Gold Paint Pen (Krylon)
  • Black Hole less beads (JoAnn Scrap Essentials)
  • Red, Sunflower, White (Plaid Decorator Glazes)
  • Double sided Red Liner Tape (Unknown)
  • Vintage Buttons, Pattern Tissue paper, Artificial Flowers, Lace (Garage Sale)
  • Glue Stick (UHU)
  • Collage Image
  • Matte Gel Medium (Golden’s)
  • Vaseline

Directions:

  1. Start with a 5x7 card from black cs.
  2. Cut green paper 1/8” smaller.
  3. Distress with peeled paint and walnut inks.
  4. Run a stripe on red liner tape along the side and bottom and attach lace.
  5. Glue tissue pattern paper on top of green.
  6. Glue on flowers and buttons with gel medium.
  7. Add a drop of gel medium to center of flowers and sprinkle beads in center.
  8. Stamp Marquee on vellum with peeled paint ink.
  9. Cut out letters to make the word “Grace” and stamp in center of marquee with walnut ink.
  10. Cut around the image and line with gold paint pen.
  11. Apply Vaseline to image, and paint over with glazes. After it dries wipe paint off.
  12. Distress an cs with walnut and peeled paint inks, and glue image on with gel medium.

"Primavera"

Directions:

  1. Prepare mailer with gesso, then paint as desired with lumiere paints and highlight with twinkling H2Os.
  2. Stamp white cardstock with Primavera and Three Tulips in black StazOn or india ink, and color with twinkling H2Os. Apply adhesive (xyron) to the back.
  3. Adhere stamped cardstocks to front and inside cover of mailer
  4. Stamp microscope slides with small Lily. Apply adhesive and silver leaf, and edge with a sharpie black marker. (Reverse one slide so the two images will face when placed in mailer) Adhere to mailer. Attach rhinestones as accents.
  5. Stamp saying in Nouveau alphabet. Apply diamond glaze around image of tulips and place rhinestones.
  6. Apply diamond glaze around image on cover and place rhinestones.
