"Imagination Unveiled"

Rubber Stamps:
Veiled Beauty/Stampland
Einstein Saying/Stamp Camp

Veiled Beauty was stamped in a permanent black ink. Face and hair colored in markers. Eyes done with a gel pen and glaze applied over them. Veil was water colored with a metallic turquoise paint. Einstein saying was then stamped with a permanent black ink. Gold gel pen used for head band,then gold mico beads applied and silver gel pen used for beaded hair decoration. Red gel pen used for forehead design and a rhinstone was added below it. A gold paint pen was used to border the image.

Image was then layered on black card stock. This was then layered on a turquoise card stock that was sponged with bleach and gold paint. Finally all were layed on black card stock.

"Floral Heart"
Stamp Artist - Karen R. Brooks
Stamp Flower heart onto watercolor paper with black ink. Emboss with fine black powder. Paint with Twinkle H2O water colors. Cut out heart and mount on blue cardstock. Mount blue cardstock onto black cardstock. Stamp florals on black card (without heart) in various metallic inks for background. (I used a Qtip to remove excess ink that may have smeared onto the heart). Color with gel pens. Mount matted heart onto black card stock. Use gold gel pen to trace around black mat. Add silver hearts and then tiny red beads.

"Love Bug Tag"

Technique:
I chalked the tags with black, grey and white chalks in a marble pattern, stamped the Fancy Love in Poinsettia ink, stamped the Lady Bug #2 in Black ink on extra chalked tag piece that I cut off of the bottom and heat embossed with Deatil Black embossing powder, colored in the body with Cherry ink, trimmed. Attached red heart eyelet, threaded ribbon through and attached on back with Glue Dots. Attached trimmed Lady Bug to ribbon with Glue Dots. Added black and grey fibers and black leather to tag.



Supplies:
Rubber Stamp: G719-Cowgirl-The Stamping Bug
Chalks
Purple cardstock
White Cardstock
Red Cardstock
Red Feather
Black Permanent Ink
Workable Spray Fixative

Directions:
1. Stamp image onto white cardstock with black
    permanent ink.
2. Color in cowgirl and background with chalks.
3. Spray with workable fixative spray to seal.
4. Mount onto purple cardstock, then layer onto white
    before affixing it to a red base card.
5. Finish by gluing a feather onto the cowgirl's hat.

"Red Hat Lady"

Supplies:

  • White, red and black cardstock
  • Stampabilities pigment ink pad in “Silver”
  • 10” piece of 24 gauge red wire
  • 1” Wonder Tape: ¼” or ½” wide
  • Tombow Mono permanent adhesive
  • Computer font: Beautiful; Beautiful Caps (“L”); 36 point size
  • Marvy scalloped square mega punch (1 ¾”)
  • Two foam squares (1/2” square, 1/8” thick)
  • Hero Arts Stamp: A1619 Small Block Swirl Heart

"Love"
Stamp Artist - Holly Tobias
Technique:
1. Cut white cardstock to 5 ½” x 4” and score center; or use purchased card.
2.Computer print “Love” onto front of card.
3.Stamp swirl heart using silver ink onto black cardstock, allowing approximately ½” extra space around image.
4.When fully dry, punch out image using scalloped square mega-punch. Set aside.
5.Using 24-guage red wire, form a small spiral (approx. ½” wide) on each end, one facing up and one facing down.
6.Cut one 2 3/8” square out of red cardstock and mount onto card in the center over the word “Love”.
7.Mount wire onto red square using 1” length of wonder tape in center.
8.Mount black scalloped heart onto red square over wire, adhering with two 1/8” foam squares to create raised image.
