"Lady in Red"
Stamp Artist Hilde Van Barel

Supplies needed:

  • Camisole Lady
    (Ladies from the 1900s -
    Bear Rubber Stamps)
  • Top Boss Clear embossing ink
  • Black embossing powder
  • Piece of fabric
  • Small beads, needle and yarn
  • Ribbon
  • Gold pen
  • Cardstock in off-white, beige and red
Instructions:
Take the red cardstock and fold to the size of a card. Cut the beige cardstock slightly smaller than the front of the red card. Go over the edges with the gold pen. Stamp the Lady stamp on off-white cardstock with Top Boss
Clear embossing ink and emboss with black EP. Cut out the embossed image.

Take a little piece of fabric; the size really depends on your taste and the kind of fabric used; mine was about 20 cm to 8 cm. Fold it and glue to the back of the Lady image. Add some ribbon to decorate the skirt and hide the
transition paper/fabric. Glue the whole image to the beige card and trim the length of the skirt to your taste. Punch two holes in the beige card just by the Lady's neck using the needle. Sew some beads to make a necklace. The
yarn used can be fastened to the back of the beige card with some tape. Glue the beige card to the red one.
