Rubber Stamps - All from Stamp Zia
NEW Zia's Spring Tulip Column

Materials:


Ambered Tulip

Technique:

  1. Scribble Metallic Flow - Gold Leaf onto non-porous surface and press stamped paper on it! Lift and dry with heat tool
  2. Stamp Zia's Spring Tulip Column in clear pigment ink in middle of watercolor paper and emboss with Zia's NEW White Sparkle Embossing Powder.
  3. Starting in top left corner spray down at an angle with Tanzanite, next to it Blue Topaz then Amber and the lower right corner again with Blue Topaz.
  4. Paint Tulip and leaves with Amber and a small paint brush and dry with heat tool.
  5. Spatter paper with water and small paint brush, let sit for a minute, then blot off water with paper towel and dry with heat tool.
  6. Color around inside "rectangle" with Fluorescent Blue Colored Pencil to highlight.
  7. Squiggle pencil lines all around outside border and shade left side edges with pencil to add value.
  8. Sign your art card!

Zia's
Summer Lotus Column rubber stamp

Materials:

Technique:

  1. Stamp Zia's Summer Lotus Column in India ink on right side of watercolor paper and dry with heat gun.
  2. Scribble Metallic Flow - Gold Leaf onto non-porous surface and press stamped paper on it! Lift and dry with heat tool.
  3. Divide up paper space with white crayon.
  4. At bottom of paper spray Forest, then Wine, Slate and Amber ...dry. Place leaf foliage "stencil"down and spray different areas of paper surface with Amber, dry with heat tool.
  5. Paint Lotus blossom with bleach pen and dry with heat tool.
  6. Using clear water and brush, paint water inside stamped image and blot with paper towel to lift color out.
  7. Using Orange and Yellow Fluorescent colored pencils, highlight around inside edge of image. Brighten Wine painted areas with Fluorescent Red. Paint leaves with small paint brush using Forest Chroma Jewel.
  8. Mount on red art paper to left side and mount on black card stock with glue pen.
  9. Sign your art card!

Zia Chinese Maple Spray and Oriental Orchid Chop rubber stamps

Materials:

Technique:

  1. Stamp Chinese Maple Spray in India ink on left side of watercolor paper. Stamp Oriental Orchid Chop in India ink on right side of paper and dry with heat gun.
  2. Scribble Metallic Flow - Gold Leaf onto non-porous surface and spread "around" with your finger. Press stamped paper on it! Lift and dry with heat tool
  3. Scribble all over paper with squiggly lines in Lime Green Fluorescent pencil.
  4. Spray Tanzanite on right and Citron on left...dry. Place lace pattern/template/stencil down and spray different areas of paper surface with Malachite and Ruby, always moving the lace pattern, and drying with heat tool.
  5. Squirt small amount of bleach from bleach pen onto non-porous surface and spread "around" with your finger. Press stamped, painted paper on it! Lift and dry with heat tool. If white areas are too white, spray over with your choice of colors!
  6. Using bleach pen, bleach out maple leaves and orchid blossoms and dry. You can use a small brush to apply bleach if you want more control.
  7. Using black ball point pen, draw scribble, squiggly lines through entire surface.
  8. Highlight areas around leaves with fluorescent colored pencils.
  9. Mount on black cardstock with glue pen.
  10. Sign your art card!
