Dr. Ph. Martin's Metal Craft Paints


 


Stamp Cattail Sphere on acrylic sphere with black Document ink. Let dry. Paint Duo Adhesive to backside of sphere. Let dry to tacky finish and cover with gold leaf flakes. Brush off excess leaf. On front of sphere, color leaves with green Fabrico marker. Set aside.

Paint 8x10 mat frame with Dr. Ph Martin's metal craft paint. Dab areas with Duo adhesive and cover with gold leaf flakes. Brush off excess leaf. Sponge areas with Doc Martin's iridescent Calligraphy Colors ink. Stamp images (large and small Cattail, words and Night Leaf Pair) onto frame. Edge frame with copper leaf pen.

Cover mat opening with sage cardstock panel. Cut black glossy panel to fit inside opening. Edge with gold leaf pen and mount to sage panel. Cut circle out of the same sage cardstock, adhere to black panel and mount acrylic sphere to top with foam tape.

Twist two "ribbons" of black polymer clay together. Bake and when cooled, cover with Pearl Ex powders and Doc Martin's iridescent Calligraphy Colors ink. Tie with fibers, string beads and mount to front of picture.

Zia Lady

Cut oval out of cream cardstock. Stamp and emboss Lily Lady with gold EP. Color with colored and pastel pencils. Edge oval with pastel pencils and gold leaf marker. Cut various leaves on lady so they lift away from image. Wrap oval with gold thread and string beads to top and bottom.

Paint 5x7 mat frame with Doc Martin's metal craft paint (almond). Dab Doc Martin's Calligraphy Colors inks and Fresco inks to mat with tissue. Stamp Day and Night Leaf Pair with Fresco ink and sprinkle part with gold EP. Heat set. Wrap frame with gold thread.

Edge black panel with gold leaf marker. Adhere Stamp Zia Amazing Art Paper panel to black panel and center mat frame on top. Adhere Lily Lady inside oval opening in frame. Hot glue the cut leaves so they stand out.
