"The Cat's Meow"

Directions:

Start with an 18” by 5 1/2” piece of confetti red cardstock. Starting from the left side score the cardstock at 2 3/8”; 4 ¾”; 8 5/8”; 11 15/16”. Starting from the left again fold the first panel back; the second panel forward; the third panel back and the fourth panel forward like and accordian. Cut five panels of kraft cardstock; 2 1/8” x 5 ¼”; 2 ¼” x 5 ¼”; 3 ¾” x 5 ¼”; 3 ¾” x 5 ¼”;

5 ¼” x 5 ¼”. Stamp all panels with red ink and heart peg stamps. Using a inkworks air gun or blow pens blow some background color with the red and black markers. Using the Xyron adhesive or any adhesive of your choice adhere the panels on the red card. Using black ink stamp cat 5 times on white paper. Color with water color pencils and use blender to blend colors together. Cut cats out. Adhere 1 cat to first panel; 2 cats to 3rd panel; 1 cat to 4th panel and one cat to fifth panel. Use alphabet punches to spell out love; you’re the cat’s meow’ and be my valentine. Also punch 13 hearts from red cardstock. Run the letters and 4 hearts through the Xyron adhesive machine. Arrange words on kraft cardstock. Cut around word boxes with decorative scissors. Run through the Xyron adhesive machine. Stick to red confetti cardstock and use the same decorative scissors to trim around. Put foam mounting tape on the back of the word boxes and adhere to the card. Put foam mounting tape on the back of the 9 remaining hearts and adhere those to the card as well.

Stamp quote on white paper with onyz black ,trim with deckle timmer.  Stamp glove with versafine ,cut out, paint with mauve paint seal with Modge Podge.  Stamp and emboss butterfly cut out ,punch heart and color with mauve pastel,
punch music note out of gold paper ,tie ribbon into a bow , add to glove. Arrange dragonfly charm ,butterfly ,and heart with foam tape .music note with double sided tape

    Directions
    Angel was stamped and masked, candy added and masked, strawberry added. All stamped in Black Staz-On ink. Chocolate stamped in Brown Staz-On and colored in with a red gel pen. Hearts stamped in red dye ink. All colored in markers. Angels wings were glittered with copper, watermelon and dazzling diamonds. Gold paint pen was used to border the imaged frame. Layered on deep red and then bright pink cardstock. Embellishment added.

"Hearts of Three"

Directions

Wrap fiber around gold cardstock, tape to black and then to eggplant, set aside. Stamp images on acetate with stazon ink and cut out. DTP hearts with pigment ink cover with UTEE place on skillet. Place image on top of the hot UTEE and cover with more UTEE wait until melted and sprinkle with gold EP. Remove from heat and when cool edge with gold leafing pen. Hot glue three heart on top of each other, then to card as shown.

Directions:

Stamp the Perfume Bottles in black Brilliance ink on a peach card. Color the perfume bottles with Twinkling H20s. When completely dry, use your positioner to stamp the perfume bottles a second time with VersaMark and emboss with B-Muse Gold-Black Granite EP. Fill in the liquid portion of each bottle with Diamond Glaze and also the red hearts. (This second stamping gives the bottles a shadow effect with the appearance of duplicate lines around the bottles.)

Ink the Browning Poem image with VersaMark and stamp on a dark red card approximately 4-1/2 by 3 inches and emboss with gold tinsel embossing powder and edge with a Krylon gold leaving pen. Cut a second card approximately the same size from the pink Bazzill card and trim with a Krylon gold leaving pen.

Mount the perfume bottles at an angle on the red poem card and assemble the other elements as shown to a folded red Bazzill card. Attach gold fiber to folded red card and glue on charm.

Stamp Love collage with VersaMark ink on neutral CS. Brush purple Pearlex over image. Paint in gold highlights with H20’s. Brush pink chalk over woman’s dress. Tear pieces of pink & purple mulberry paper. Layer over each other unevenly on top of purple CS. Mount collage image on top of pink passion CS and put aside. Stamp Happy Valentine’s Day in magenta on neutral CS. Sponge edge with Platinum silver Brilliance ink. Mount on Pink passion CS. Punch hole for tag. Wrap collage & pink CS with Purple silk ribbon. Bring ends through tag, slip gold heart key through & tie ribbon in bow. Attach all layers on top of mulberry background.

 Directions

Inside: Cut decorative paper to fit inside back panel of card and glue down. Punch flower pot from glossy marbled maroon cardstock. Crimp top and bottom of pot, leaving the middle smooth. Attach flower pot to decorative paper with foam mounts. Punch hearts from red and silver paper. Cut a heart out of decorative paper with deckle scissors, write "I Love You" on it with white gel marker and layer on a red punched heart. Coil wire around a thin stick. Use foam mounts to attach wires to the hearts and to attach the hearts to the decorative paper with the wire ends under the top edge of the flower pot. Stamp "Happy Valentine's Day" with white pigment ink on red card stock and emboss with white. Cut out closely and glue to decorative paper below the flower pot.

Front: Stamp swirls on card front with silver pigment ink. Punch two metallic silver paper hearts and attach to heart panels on either side of card opening. Use foam mounts to hold flaps down. Tie string around a brad on one side. Twist string around other brad to close card.

    Directions: Apply inks with a cosmetic sponge to glossy cardstock and spritz with alcohol, drying with heat gun until you achieve a desired pattern. Stamp the image on this background and let dry.   Corner punch two edges of the black velvet paper and attach the stamped image to this. Layer with the blue cardstock. Attach a charm with the ribbon to finish.

"Hear The Music"
Stamp Artist - Susie Cull

Directions:

  1. Cut the red and pink vellum together to get the size you want, then cut diagonally, using one half red and one half pink. Attach to white cs with double sided tape.
  2. Stamp music staff using embossing ink along diagonal cut so half is on pink and half is on red. Emboss using gold eembossing powder.
  3. Stamp bold heart on pink half using brilliance orchid ink.
  4. Stamp holding hands post on red half using red ink. This is very hard to see in picture. It is right below the sentiment.
  5. Stamp sentiment on small white panel using red ink. Edge panel using gold krylon pen. Attach to red vellum with double sided tape.




"Be My Valentine"

Directions:

  1. Stamp Sunflower Wreath using Marigold, Green, and Brown Dauber Duos on white cardstock0. Use a watercolor brush to bring the color out and add more colors, if desired. Then, put the eyelets on and cut out.
  2. Stamp Heart Strands Border using Petal Pink and Orchid Dauber Duos on pink cardstock.
  3. Put the pink cardstock on white cardstock. Use a sponge with pink ink to dab.
  4. Put #1 on #3. And decorate with eyelets and embellishments.

"Asian Valentine"

Directions:

  1. Stamp (Curtis Collection) image with black pigment ink onto pale gold paper and emboss with black detail embossing powder.
  2. Cut out.
  3. Select assortment of origmami papers and cardstocks that coordinate. Cut as many square layers as desired and glue together, using a folded square of cardstock for the base. Six layers were used on this card.
  4. Create a square mounting layer the same size as the smallest layer used on the base square. Glue diagonally onto base layer.
  5. Glue image onto black cardstock and trim around edges, leaving an approximate 1/16 inch edge (or as desired).
  6. Glue image diagonally onto diagonal layer - which makes it perpendicular to base square.




"With Love"

Directions:

Stamp couple on glossy paper with black soot. Trim and apply photo corners. Cut a piece of red velvet paper to about 3 1/2 x 4 1/2. Measure gold cardstock to fit over velvet paper. Punch corners with heart punch. Glue red velvet to gold cardstock being sure they fit between tthe punched corners. Place photo at an angle to fit under punched heart, mount with pop dots. With pop dots, mount gold paper to folded 5 /12 x 8 1/2 cardstock.
Glue heart charm in the middle.

Using Staz-0n, stamp with love word stamp in the middle of a strip of twill tape. Center over bottom of card beneath photo. Cut a piece of beaded trim. Glue beaded trim across bottom and glue twill tape over it. Tie red fibers to card.
