o n t e s t R u l e s
All entries
MUST include:
ANY image(s) from ANY
rubber stamp company.
Your name, email
address and snail mail address.
The company
name and style numbers of the image(s) used.
Complete step-by-step description/instructions
on how you created your stamp art, along with a supply
list and the techniqu you used.
A scanned
or digital picture of your contest entry needs to be e-mailed
to me
by the 9th of the following month. Example: if you are entering
January's contest, your entry must reach me by February 9th.Any entries received after the 9th of the month
will automatically be entered in the next month's contest.
Email all entries to Diane@rubberstampsclub.com, with "Contest
Entry" in your subject line.
PLEASE NOTE: UPON RECEIVING YOUR EMAIL ENTRY I WILL SEND YOU
A CONFIMATION EMAIL.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SUBMIT AN ENTRY
Voting will take place before the stamp artist's names
are revealed - all entries will be posted to the Stamp Club Website
by the 10th of each month,identified by number only. Your stamp art entry
may not be displayed on any
other Website until all voting has taken place and a winner has
been announced. To keep this fair, all entriesmust remainanonymous until a winner has been
announced. Not following these guidelines could result
in your entry being disqualified.
Only ONE
entry per person, per month. Unless otherwise
noted, our monthly contests are NOT themed. You may create
and submit whatever stamp art you'd like, cards, books, journals,
boxes, jewelry or anything with dimension may also be submitted. A scanned
or digital picture of your contest entry needs to be e-mailed
to me
by the 9th of the following month. Example: if you are entering

will automatically be entered in the next month's contest.
The winner
is chosen by public vote. All visitors to A Monthly
Rubber Stamps Club Website will have 4 days to place their vote
to determine the winning entry.
On or about
the 15th of the month the winner will be announced and the names
of all the creative artists who sent in an entries will be revealed
for all to see.
The winning
entry will be notified via e-mail. Winners are not eligible
to win again for one month.
