"Play On"
Stamp Artist - Verna Angerhofer |
Supplies:
Maroon duplex linen cardstock
Sticker paper
white cardstock
Mesh Lace
Pink Embossing Powder
Gold Embossing Powder
Corner Punch
Marvy Brush Markers
Gold Ribbon
Embossing Arts Co. 386-J..Play On
Directions:
The basic card is maroon duplex linen cardstock.
The background paper was made by taking a mesh lace design and
laying it down onto the sticky side of sticker paper. I made
sure it was adhered well, and then put pink embossing powder
all over the background sticker paper.
|
I lifted it off carefully
and then used the heat gun to emboss the pink powder. After it
was embossed I then took gold embossing powder and filled in
the design that was left to make it look like the mesh lace.
I then heated the EP. To finish the background paper I took a
corner punch with a heart design and rounded the corners.
The Shakespeare quote and design by Embossing Arts was stamped
with Emboss clear pad before I added the gold EP and heat set
it to make the design on white cardstock. After this I colored
the design with Marvy Brush Markers, tore the image out, and
on the torn edge took an Emboss dual pen and outlined this design
and added gold EP and heat set that.
Finally I adhered this design over a gold ribbon onto the background
paper.
